Terms, Conditions and Policies

High Season, Green Season, and Festive Season

  • La Villa de Pozos Hotel is for adults only. Children ages 14 and older are permitted as long as they are accompanied by an adult and must have a separate room.
  • Pets are not permitted on the property.
  • Smoking / vaping is not permitted within the hotel, nor in the suites. We are happy to escort you to a permitted smoking / vaping area.
  • Beverages (except water) and food are not permitted within the suites. There is a well-stocked bar and restaurant for your drinking and eating pleasure.
  • Payment and cancellation policies vary by season. Please check the dates you are interested in staying on our booking calendar for more information.

Please note: Once a room is reserved it is removed from the availability calendar and we no longer have the ability to rent the suite. Once the reservation is charged, the cancellation policy is strictly adhered to and we do not have the ability to make exceptions, even in difficult situations. The guest understands and accepts the risk of Force Majeure (including Covid-19) as their risk. Travel insurance is advisable.

HIGH SEASON

January - April

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • If a reservation is cancelled 30 days or more prior to arrival, no penalty is applied.
  • If a reservation is cancelled within 30 days prior to the arrival date, 100% of the reservation will be charged as a penalty.
  • In case of “no-show”, 100% of the total of the reservation will be charged.
  • Cancellation policies may apply if a reservation is modified 30 days or less prior to arrival date.

PAYMENTS FOR HIGH SEASON

  • Credit cards can only be used in person under Mexican banking laws. 100% of the reservation must be paid 30 days prior to the arrival date.
  • OR
  • A bank transfer is required to guarantee your booking.100% of the reservation will be charged 30 days prior to the arrival date. Please know that due to the banking rules in Mexico we are unable to accept distance credit card payments. If you are booking from the United States we can accept Zelle payments only.
  • You must call to receive the banking information for bank transfers and Zelle payments.

GREEN SEASON

May – November

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Free Cancellation up to 15 days before date of check in.
  • If reservation is cancelled inside the 15-day window then you will be charged 50% of date of reservation.

PAYMENTS FOR GREEN SEASON

  • A credit card payment must be made in person and is required to guarantee your booking. 100% of the reservation will be charged 60 days prior to the arrival date.
  • OR
  • A bank transfer is required to guarantee your booking. 100% of the reservation will be charged 30 days prior to the arrival date. Please know that due to the banking rules in Mexico we are unable to accept distance credit card payments.
  • If you are booking from the United States we can accept Zelle payments only. You must call to receive the banking information.

FESTIVE SEASON

(Christmas/New Year)

December 1 through January 1
